Summer Internship After Third-Year

This time of year, many third-year students are experiencing a lot of stress and pressure related to employment and internship search. Students frequently believe that they are the only ones without a job offer, while close to 60% of the class is still seeking employment for next summer. The good news for students is that The Career Advancement Centre has a team of coaches who are available to meet with students on an individual basis. Encourage your student to reach out to the Career Advancement Centre for support and guidance today!

Outgoing Winter International Exchange: Next Steps

Exchange is an exciting time, but we also understand that this may be the first time your student will live overseas by them self, and there are additional concerns given the pandemic. In addition to the exchange offices at our partner schools, the Centre for International Management, Commerce Program Office, and other Queen's student support services remain on hand as resources to your student before they depart and throughout their time away. Before your student embarks on their exchange term, they will need to complete their Off-Campus Activity Safety Policy (OCASP) Planning Record and receive approval from Queen's Environmental Health & Safety Department.

Queen's University International Outbound Exchange Update

Queen's University International Outbound Exchange Update for Fall 2021 and/or Winter 2022 terms.

Explore. Embark. Exchange.

There is still uncertainty of how the COVID-19 pandemic will affect our 2021-22 exchanges. However, we are still proceeding with outgoing exchanges at this time. Therefore, students can start planning their exchanges, but we do recommend that they proceed with caution. We recommend that students hold off booking any flights or accommodations until closer to their departure date, given the uncertainty.
