Commerce Portal

Here you will find up-to-date information about your Commerce program. It is important to check the Commerce portal regularly as all important announcements are communicated through this online student platform. Please note: To access the Commerce portal you must sign in with your Queen's User Net ID and Password.

Academic Advisors

All academic advising appointments can be made directly on the Commerce portal for the services listed below. A Commerce Academic Advisor can help you with the following:

  • Timetable
  • Course selection
  • Degree requirements
  • Assistance with finding services on campus
  • Leaves of Absence (LOA), Letter of Permission (LOP), Appeals and Special Permission

Commerce Counsellors

Smith has two Personal Counsellors embedded within the Faculty. These counsellors are an extension of Queen's University Student Wellness Services, and can assist you with the following:

  • Private and confidential matters
  • Adjusting to University
  • Academic concerns
  • Addiction
  • Anxiety/stress
  • Grief
  • Relationship concerns
  • Sadness/low mood/depression
  • Mental health
