Your Next Degree

Upon completion of the Graduate Diploma in Business, there are several options for earning an MBA or other Master’s degree.

Please note that an undergraduate university degree and a B+ average in the GDB program are required for admission to our MBA or other Master's level programs. Those who complete the Graduate Diploma in Business program and wish to apply their credits to an MBA or Master's degree will be required to meet all of the admission requirements for that Master's program.

Completing Your MBA

Full-Time MBA

To apply these credits to our Full-time MBA, you must meet the admission requirements of the MBA program. These include successfully completing the GMAT or GRE exam, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Step 1 Complete the Graduate Diploma in Business (May – August)
Step 2 Complete 2 years of relevant work experience (if you have not already done so)
Step 3 Apply to the Full-time MBA program

Fees

For students completing their MBA under this option, the fees for completing the MBA will be the current Full-time MBA fees less the fees that were paid for the Graduate Diploma in Business.

Completing a Master’s Degree in
International Business or Finance

Master of International Business

Upon completion of the Graduate Diploma in Business, graduates may apply to immediately join the Master of International Business program, a full-time, one-year program beginning in September.

Fees

As there are no overlapping credits with this program, there is no fee reduction.

MIB Website

Master of Finance – Beijing

Upon completion of the Graduate Diploma in Business, graduates may be considered for entry into the Master of Finance - Beijing program. This full-time, one-year program is offered in English in Beijing, China and begins each year in September. Students are eligible to begin their Master of Finance immediately after completing their GDB.
