Evaluation-Driven Product Design – Closing the Loop

To a product manager, adopting a user-centric, data-driven, iterative approach to design is nothing new. However, this webinar focuses on the radical improvements that emerge when product teams get intentional about refining their approach by adopting continuous evaluation and optimization practices.

Moderated by the Master of Digital Product Management Academic Co-Director from the Queen’s School of Computing, Professor Nicholas Graham, the panelists include three MDPM adjunct faculty who live these practices day-in and day-out. Deborah O’Malley will discuss how product analytics informs design decisions, Tad Stach will provide an overview of modern approaches to evaluation, and Amin Bashi will push the discussion beyond design to explore the influence of continuous evaluation and optimization on product-market fit.

Together, they will provide clarity on what it means for organizations to creating a culture of continuous improvement that is critical to helping your organization stay ahead of competitors, address emerging user needs, and deliver digitalized experiences that truly delight your customers.
