Biography

My research focuses on examining the integration of flexible/customizable technologies into organizational work practices and their assimilation into organizations’ work life.

My work seeks to provide additional insights to how organizations can successfully integrate technologies. In my work, I adopt Sociomaterial frameworks (such as Leonardi's Imbrication Framework) that consider both the technical and social contexts of technology assimilation to better understand how this process unfolds in organizations.
