Empowering Women to Succeed in Negotiations
Gain the confidence, tools, and research-backed strategies to close the negotiation gap.
Step Into Negotiations with Clarity, Credibility, and Confidence
Why I Made This Program
“Research shows that women only negotiate about a quarter of the time of male counterparts. Why? For some, it’s about conforming to societal expectations to behave in "feminine" ways — nurturing, collaborative, or non-aggressive. For others, it’s about discomfort negotiating; a belief supported by a study in which men, when selecting metaphors for the process of negotiation, selected “winning a ballgame,” while women selected “going to the dentist.” Believing that negotiating is uncomfortable or unlikely to end in success, women tend not to engage—disadvantaging themselves as well as their organizations.”
– Suzanne de Janasz, Ph.D., Program Instructor
This program was created to close that gap by giving women the confidence, tools, and evidence based strategies to spot opportunities to negotiate, and then advocate for themselves, their teams, and organizations without penalty. Participants will learn to rewrite the narratives that hold them back and step into negotiations with clarity, credibility, and confidence.
Who It’s For
