Our fiscal year

The global pandemic highlighted Smith's experience and expertise in remote education delivery as well as our ability to pivot core student services, such as career and team coaching services, to ensure we maximized the experience and value to our students—despite doing so remotely. The end result saw us exceed our enrolment targets, including the largest international undergraduate Commerce intake in our school's history. Direct program service costs were down significantly due to savings in accommodation, food, travel and supplies from moving our residential sessions to remote setups from in-person learning. The charts below break down sources and uses of income for the fiscal year (May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021).
