Adaptive Leadership: Getting the Best Out of People at Work

Discover how diversity drives performance

Why do we, as leaders, connect so easily with some people at work and not with others? How can we create stronger bonds with everyone to make our teams more successful? After all, each individual—employee, colleague or leader—is unique, based on upbringing, education, and personal and professional experiences.

Adaptive leadership allows you to effectively translate your team's cultural differences into collective strength. This webinar is of particular interest to leaders and team members wanting to foster respect, growth and success within their diverse customer, employee or partner bases.

Participants learn:

  • How cultural traits might be affecting engagement and performance at work

  • How to adapt to enhance performance of diverse teams

  • A practical tool to better engage with anyone from anywhere, with a focus on how we interact in the workplace

  • Benefits of growing workplace diversity

This webinar was recorded live on Thursday, May 20 at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
