Biography
My broader research interests include Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), but I am especially interested in concealable stigmas in the workplace, with a particular focus on sexual orientation. I am also interested in exploring the role of social networks and how these dynamics can shape stigma in organizations.Educational Background
