Cancellation: Due to program demand and pre-program preparation, cancellations within 15 calendar days of the program start date are subject to a fee of 50% of the program fee. Cancellations once the program starts are subject to a fee of 100% of the program fee.

Transfer: Participants needing to transfer to another Certificate in Professional Impact Analysis session can do so within 14 of the date of the original invoice, provided you have paid your invoice in full. Should you be unable to attend the program, cancellation is subject to a 100% fee.
