Shai Dubey

Adjunct Assistant Professor
Shai Dubey teaches courses in negotiations, cross-cultural management, ethics, domestic and international business law and entrepreneurship at Smith School of Business. He is the academic director for project courses in various Smith MBA programs, as well as the Master of International Business. Before his academic career, he was a commercial pilot, founding and running both an executive aircraft charter company and flight training school. After selling this company, Shai became a lawyer who practised law on Bay Street. He was also the COO of a company with international operations.
