Technology, AI included, is not by itself the differentiator for competitive advantage. What matters is the ability to imagine what technology makes possible and orchestrate the change needed to get there. And that is a leadership challenge of the digital era. In fact, BCG found that 70 percent of digital transformations fall short of their goals.

This webinar is about shifting from simply managing technology adoption to leading continuous digital change.

On Tuesday, October 27 at 12:00 p.m. ET, join Queen’s Executive Education and Smith Business Insight for a 45-minute session with Kathryn Brohman and Abayomi Baiyere of Smith School of Business.

You’ll learn:

  • Why organizations with the same technology get very different results
  • How leaders can see the opportunities that familiar assumptions keep hidden
  • A five-question framework for orchestrating change
  • How your organization can stay stable and agile at the same time as AI speeds things up

This session is for managers and senior leaders on either side of the business and technology divide. If you can, bring a colleague from the other side.
