Judith Ogwuru is an accomplished professional and educator, serving as an Assistant Professor (Term Adjunct) at the Smith School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University. With extensive experience in academia and industry, Judith has developed a mastery of applying systems thinking, data-driven analysis, and optimization to real-world business and operational challenges.
For one year, she served as a Project Manager at Queen's Health Sciences Information Technology. In this high-impact role, she led the project team to oversee project execution, including developing implementation plans, championing process optimization efforts, and meticulously managing project documentation. Her work was consistently data-driven, with regular, metric-focused updates highlighting key performance indicators to ensure stakeholder confidence and project success.
Her teaching career has included designing and delivering comprehensive courses as a part-time professor at St. Lawrence College. Her curriculum focused on Business Intelligence, Emerging Technologies, and Project Management, guiding students in leveraging data for impactful decision-making and preparing them for professional certifications.
