This 2-day workshop will enable you to:

Maria Gonzalez is an award winning and best-selling author and a 30-year business veteran as a corporate executive and entrepreneur. She is founder and president of Argonauta Strategic Alliances Consulting Inc. Prior to creating Argonauta Consulting in 2001, Maria held a number of executive positions, including executive responsibility for the award winning Strategic Alliances Centre of Excellence at Bank of Montreal in Toronto. Her focus now is on Strategic Mindfulness and Mindful Leadership and she is a pioneer in the field. She has been practicing Mindfulness regularly since 1991 and teaching Mindfulness since 2002. Her clients include the private and public sectors, as well as, hospitals and educational institutions, in Canada and internationally. She has also been a regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review in the area of Mindful Leadership.

Dane Jensen is an expert on strategy and leadership, and a furious cross-pollinator between the podium and boardroom. As Performance Coaching’s CEO, he advises other CEOs and Senior Leaders in both sport and business.

Prior to joining Performance Coaching, Dane worked as a management consultant at Monitor Group — a renowned strategy consulting firm that is now part of Deloitte. At Monitor, he moved from Consultant to Associate Partner in the shortest timeframe in firm history.

Dane’s extensive global experience includes work across North America, Asia, and Europe. He has worked in industries from financial services to industrial manufacturing, with small businesses and Fortune 100 companies, and with CEOs and front-line managers. Across all of his experience, he has focused on helping his clients meet one crucial challenge: equipping leaders with the clarity and skills necessary to execute winning strategies.

In addition to his corporate work, Dane works extensively with the Board and Executive Team at the Canadian Paralympic Committee, the Executive Team at Canadian Sport Institute Ontario, and Right To Play – supporting the leadership development of their managers and volunteer coaches.
