2-Day Program

Strategic Mindfulness and Resilience

Sustaining high performance in your professional and personal life

About the program

Sustaining high performance in every aspect of life requires a layer of skills that goes beyond leadership or the ability to craft a strategic plan.

Over the long term, success hinges not just on your skills and knowledge, but also on your ability to recover, remain focused, stay energized, and show up motivated every day.

In other words, your ability to be mindful and resilient.

The skills associated with being present in the moment and resilient in the face of high-pressure situations can be learned, practiced and mastered. High performers in both business and sport know this, and apply this knowledge on a daily basis.

This 2-day workshop will enable you to:

  • Become more mindful and aware of the choices you have under pressure
  • Carry more energy through your week by reducing the energy you waste and improving your ability to recover
  • Choose the perspective and mental ‘game film’ that support your ability to be at your best
  • Separate what you can and can’t control in high stakes situations, and then take appropriate action
  • Appropriately focus your priorities to reduce ‘noise’
  • Pay attention to the right things under pressure and reduce missed information that can lead to ‘choking’

Benefits beyond the workplace

While these skills certainly represent a competitive advantage in a professional context, their full impact extends much further. The many benefits include reduced stress, improved focus, better health and sustained happiness in all aspects of life.
