Call for Project Partners

The Individual Consulting Project is an opportunity for organizations to receive high-quality analysis and recommendations to help solve an existing strategic problem or challenge.

Process & Timeline

April

Complete a project proposal

  • Interested organizations are asked to submit an online project proposal.
  • Projects will be reviewed and approved by the Assistant Director, Project Courses.
May - Jun

Match with a student and agree to a plan

  • Project proposals will be shared with students, who will connect with partner organizations and select a project that aligns with their interests.
  • Students and partner organizations will agree to terms on a project plan.
Jun - Dec

Project execution

  • Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan, communicating with the partner organization as needed.
  • Students will produce a 10+ page consulting report at the conclusion of the project detailing their research, analyses, and recommendations.

Partner Requirements

  • The organization must have a well-defined, managerial problem or challenge.
  • Deliverables must be achieved within a 6-month timeframe.
  • The organization must assign a dedicated person to liaise with the student.

  • Developing a five-year growth strategy
  • Using data analytics to solve a given problem
  • Creating and implementing a systematic framework
  • Investigating and recommending a product or service expansion opportunity
  • Developing financial feasibility models
  • Creating a marketing plan or strategy
  • Developing and operationalizing EDII strategies
  • Assessing market entry challenges
