Master of Finance - Beijing students travel to Kingston for convocation

Kingston, ON — Eleven students from the Queen’s Master of Finance (MFin) program in Beijing made the trip to Kingston this week to celebrate alongside fellow graduates of Smith’s professional master’s and graduate research programs during fall convocation.

“I am very pleased to see you and your family and friends travelling all the way from China for such a special day. All your hard work has paid off. We are confident that you will continue with even more successes in China and Canada,” commented Professor Wei Wang, Academic Director of the MFin – Beijing program.

A large crowd of family, friends and Smith faculty and staff filled Grant Hall Nov. 14 to congratulate graduates of the business school’s MFin, Master of International Business (MIB), Master of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MMIE), Master of Management Analytics (MMA), Graduate Diploma in Business (GDB), Graduate Diploma in Accounting (GDA), and Master of Science in Management (MSc) programs, as well as the Doctoral Program in Management (PhD).
