Moby Onuoha is a technology and data strategy executive with almost two decades of experience leading digital transformation, enterprise platforms, and analytics at scale.He currently leads enterprise technology functions with responsibility for IT strategy, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and data and analytics. His work focuses on aligning technology with institutional priorities, modernizing core platforms, and enabling insight-driven decision-making across complex organizations.
Previously, he served as Director of IT and Analytics at a leading Ontario university, where he led student systems, advanced analytics, and institution-wide digital initiatives that improved operational efficiency and strengthened decision making. Earlier in his career, he held roles with multinational organizations including Procter & Gamble and KPMG, where he developed deep expertise in strategy, operations, and large-scale transformation.
Across his career, he has delivered complex, cross-functional programs spanning enterprise systems, data ecosystems, and organizational change.
Moby’s leadership sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. He is known for building high-performing teams, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps, and delivering measurable impact in resource-constrained environments.
He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester, an MSc from Queen’s University, and certifications including PMP and Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
