Full Bio
Dr. Stephanie Kelley is an Assistant Professor of Management Analytics, specializing in the ethics of artificial intelligence in organizations. She investigates both algorithmic and governance solutions, and currently has projects on explainable AI, measuring AI governance, and AI ethics audits.
Her work has been published in several leading management and AI ethics publications, including Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Decision Sciences, and Big Data and Society. She has worked with several organizations to implement AI ethics, including the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, OSFI, Lululemon, and many Canadian banks. She teaches a variety of courses including AI and Ethics, Big Data and AI, and business decision modelling and analytics.
Prior to her current role, she worked at the Ivey Business School at The University of Western Ontario and held various marketing and sales roles in industry at Reckitt Benckiser.
