Profile

Full Bio

I’m a software executive who loves building businesses. Over the past two decades, I’ve built, scaled, and sold two SaaS companies with successful six- and seven-figure exits. Today, I lead an exceptional team at Univerus Software, helping scale workforce management, compliance, and recreation platforms. My focus: clear strategy, sharp execution, meaningful brands, and scaling without losing the human touch.

Before my time in tech, I spent over 20 years leading and growing athletics and recreation programs in higher education, where I developed a deep passion for building teams, fostering leadership, and creating communities that thrive. In my spare time I enjoy real estate investing and volunteering on education, sport and tourism based boards.

Along the way, I’ve navigated M&A integrations, modernized legacy products into cloud-native platforms, and structured high-performing sales and product teams. Outside of business, I enjoy staying active by running, following my kids to swim meets or baseball diamonds, and always looking for the next opportunity to build something that matters — in business, in community, and at home.
