Academic Regulations

Maximum Term of Study

The requirement for the Bachelor of Commerce degree usually involves four years work after admission to the University. 123.0 units are required for the degree.

While the normal period of time required to complete the Bachelor of Commerce degree is four years, some students may require an extension. Normally, an extension of up to two years will be granted without academic penalty. Should the maximum term of study need to be extended beyond a total of six years, students must appeal, in writing, to the Executive Director, Commerce Program. Additional academic units may be required at the discretion of the Executive Director.
