Creating the Commerce Society 1969

Up to 1968, Commerce was part of Arts and Science. I was part of the group that created the Commerce Society and was on the inaugural Board of Directors representing Commerce '69.

It was a very busy year as we laid the foundations for the first Orientation and Initiation for the incoming freshman class, as well as the BEWS intramural sports. We organized fund raising events including the Thigh High at Grant Hall and the first Commerce Stag.
