Interviewing Dates

All firms interviewing students from our Kingston campus programs are asked to read and acknowledge the Recruiting Partnership Agreement, which outlines key interview, sign-back and black-out dates.

Firms are welcome to interview on or off campus. However, it is recommended that all first round interviews be on campus to ensure maximum access to students. To facilitate this, we have protected on-campus interview dates by industry. On these dates, Kingston-based students are not allowed to leave the Kingston campus for out-of-town interviews. If a firm chooses to conduct first-round, on-campus interviews outside of these dates, they could risk students not being in Kingston.

Firms are welcome to interview prior to the on-campus dates. However, as per the partnership agreement, they must keep any offer open until the sign-back date.

This also applies to accelerated recruiting in the summer period. Interviews are permitted during the summer, however any offers made in the summer must abide by the September sign-back date on the partnership agreement. The only exception is return offers to the same position from a summer internship. In this case, the firm may determine the offer expiry.
