In October, Fulbright Scholar Dr. Rajiv Sabherwal presented his research entitled “Knowledge management and business intelligence: Resource competitors or synergistic forces?” The lecture examined ways in which knowledge management (KM) and business intelligence (BI) complement each other, and how organizations can best benefit from deploying them both. Following the presentation, faculty, staff and students were able to meet and pose questions to Dr. Sabherwal at a reception in the BMO Financial Group Atrium in Goodes Hall.

Dr. Sabherwal is System Curators’ Professor, Emery C. Turner Professor of Information Systems, and Director of the PhD Program in Business Administration at the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He is a Fellow of the Association for Information Systems (AIS).
