Opening of 'The Commons' 1989

The School's four deans (from left: Lawrence Macpherson, Richard Hand, John Gordon and David Anderson), stood in front of the Commerce house, newly minted 'The Commons'.

Located at 164 University Avenue, The Commons served as the headquarters of the Commerce Society and its committees, but its facilities were open to members of all faculties.
