Arshbir Malandra, AMBA, joined OSL Retail Services as the vice-president of data strategy and business analytics. She has 15 years of analytics and management experience and her career includes working at XM Satellite Radio, Unilever and Rogers Communications. She says she’s looking forward to driving OSL's data and analytics strategy forward.

Hector Larrazabal (MBA) has launched Adventures Nation, a publishing company focusing on travel, multiculturalism, and entrepreneurship for children. Leigh-Ann Ottenhof (EMBA, BAH’93, Ed’94) and Edward Fingland were married Sept. 17, 2011, at the Salvation Army Citadel in Kingston. Both continue to work at Queen’s, Leigh-Ann as Director, Materials Management, Queen’s School of Business, and Edward as a PeopleSoft Administrator with Information Technology Services.
