QSB alumni celebrate chartered accountant exam success at Toronto reception

QSB graduates celebrated their success on the annual Chartered Accountants’ Uniform Evaluation (UFE) exam at a reception in Toronto on Feb. 23 The country’s newest CAs were also in town for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario annual convocation ceremony. The reception was hosted by accounting professors George Boland and David McConomy. A highlight of the evening was the announcement that $760 had been raised by these appreciative Commerce grads. Their donation to the Canadian Cancer Society was made in honour of Prof. McConomy.
