Bill Karamouzis
Bill Karamouzis (EMBA) founded Hall pass Media (www. hallpassmedia.com) in 2008 and quickly grew it to more than 6.4 million monthly viewers. In April 2011, while Bill was completing his EMBA studies, the company was purchased by Mind- Jolt, which was founded by the former CEO of MySpace, Chris DeWolfe. Bill says the lessons he learned during the MBA program, as well as the peer network he amassed, were very valuable during the due diligence process and have helped him to excel in his role as SVP at MindJolt. Stephanie Kelley, BCom’12, MMA’17, PhD’22, married Kyle Tousignant in Gananoque, Ont., on June 24, 2023. The pair live in Halifax where they are both university professors.

Robin (Greschner) Lee, BCom’08, AMBA, and husband Paul in August 2016 welcomed Grace Lee, a future Queen’s grad, Robin hopes, having already shown off the campus to Grace during a visit to Kingston.

David LeMay (EMBA), after 25 years in the construction industry, was confirmed as President and CEO of the Churchill Corporation, a Calgary-based construction and industrial services company, in June 2013. Previously, he served as Churchill's President and COO.

Janelle Mann, PhD, was promoted to Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Manitoba. This past year, the Mann family also celebrated the birth of a second son, James Jason.

Fadi Abdel Massih, MFin, has moved to New York City from Toronto to join Moody’s Investors Service as a Lead Analyst, covering Canadian and U.S. financial institutions, including banks, retail brokers and market-infrastructure firms. He would be happy to connect with fellow alumni in the NYC area.

Moraa Mochama, MBA, married Tyler Jeffery in October 2016, in Waterloo, Ont., where they reside. Her MBA classmates Ardina Rahman, Michal Uziak, Mustak Sheri and Robin Daultani attended, along with fellow Queen’s alumni Bruce (BSc’73) and Donna (BA’72) Jeffery, Tyler’s parents.

Gwen Wang, MIB, returned to Queen’s in the fall for a reunion with several classmates. Pictured in the top photo at their 2112 graduation are (from left) Gwen, Cecilia Xiao, Olivia Zeng and Lynn Li. In the bottom photo, taken during a return visit in September, are Cecilia, Carol Chu, Gwen and Olivia. “We’ve evolved from being students in a foreign country to friends satisfied with our successful lives, thanks to our MIB and Queen’s experience,” says Gwen.

Aaron Mitchell
Aaron Mitchell (MBA) is excited to announce the launch of his new company, Human Logistics, specializing in aircraft charters of all kinds—from helicopters to executive jets, cargo and passenger airliners. After five years in aviation, Aaron started this company in order to introduce a new level of precision to the industry, and reports that the response in the first quarter has been heartening.
