Justin Thouin (BCom) and his wife Susan (BSc ’01) welcomed their first child, Madeleine Anne, in January 2010. They live in Toronto, where Justin is the Vice President of Business Development and Product Management for CryptoLogic Inc. and Susan is an emergency room physician. Carrie Truman (BCom) and Ben Keys (PHE/Arts’00) are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Rebecca Jane Keys on May 31 at North York General Hospital. Rebecca weighed in at 8 lb., 9 oz. and was welcomed with love by her big sister Natalie.

Erin Zipes, BCom’00, tells us that she was recently appointed 1Password’s first chief legal officer to help the password management and credentials security company grow to meet demand for its security solutions. Erin also continues to invest in women and non-binary founders as part of the angel investing collective Backbone Angels. She lives in Ottawa.

Sarah (Whittington) Bloom, BCom, and her husband, Andrew, had their second child, Evelyn, in April 2017. Two-year-old sister Emma is looking forward to teaching Evelyn to jump. Sarah enjoyed a six-month maternity leave with both girls before going back to work at the Bank of Montreal as the bank’s U.S. equity securities lawyer in New York City. Andrew is a tax lawyer
