Michael Zinay, EMBA, Artsci'76, writes that “like the song lyrics ‘it was 20 years ago today…’ Well, it [was] at the end of May. Entering the program in September '97, my thinking was focused on an academic tune-up, then resuming my real estate practice in Montreal.” But, he continues, “a tipping-point moment ensued after graduation” leading Michael to launch two startups: ClearPoint Medical Compression Wear and Carole Martin Comfort Wear. He says he’s now moving to Kingston with a new build on a property in the city’s east end.

The food is inspired by the flavours and traditions of Italy, Gen says, yet is “infused with Steve’s inventive style that favours simple, seasonal elements.” Burnt Butter has been a hit since its mid-August opening and seats are hard to come by! Gen continues in her role as Vice-President with Phase 5, a market research consultancy. Email: gen@burntbutter.ca or check www.burntbutter.ca
