William (Bill) Tsotsos, MBA, has been appointed head of institutional, Canada for Franklin Templeton. Bill is responsible for setting and executing the company’s overall institutional strategy. Prior to this, Bill was senior vice-president and head for Canada at BrightSphere Investment Group.
