Kevin Milligan (BCom, PhD), Associate Professor at UBC’s Vancouver School of Economics, has been appointed a Fellow-in-Residence at the C.D. Howe Institute. Since 2011, he has served as Co-Editor of the Canadian Tax Journal, and is also affiliated with the National Bureau of Economic Research.
