Kathleen E. Mackay (BCom), CA, is now the Executive Director of the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei that is responsible for facilitating trade ties between Canada and Taiwan. From 2008 to 2012, Kathleen was Director, Technical Barriers and Regulations, at Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada in Ottawa.
