Benjamin Laird

Benjamin Laird, MBA, Artsci’82, died on Dec. 31 at age 60 as a result of complications from cancer. Ben loved gardening, home fashions, colour, being a snappy dresser, singing, making pies and quality time with his girls. In summer 2018, he realized a lifelong dream when he and his wife Susan (Ford) Laird, BCom’83, took a train tour through Switzerland. Benjamin is survived by his wife and his daughters, Kathleen and Rachel.
