Sandra Springer (BCom) has opened Fare Blend restaurant, following an 8-month renovation of a turn-of-the-century home in downtown Ottawa. Since graduating, Sandra has been fortunate to have lived in Africa, Europe and North America. Fare Blend is the culmination of a lifelong passion for African food, music and culture.
