H. Doug Evans

H. Doug Evans (MBA, Sc’73), President and CEO of Gulf Interstate Engineering, was elected President of the International Pipe Line & Offshore Contractors Association (IPLOCA) for 2012-2013. He was elected by the Board of Directors at the annual convention, held in Istanbul in September 2012, after having served as First Vice President (2011–2012). He is also the association’s Director of America North and Chairman of the New Technologies Committee. IPLOCA represents more than 255 key players in the on- and off-shore pipeline construction industry worldwide.
