Carolyn Rogers (EMBA) is now CEO of the Financial Institutions Commission in BC. She has also been appointed the province’s Superintendent of Financial Institutions, Superintendent of Pensions, Superintendent of Real Estate, Registrar of Mortgage Brokers and CEO of the BC Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corp. Most recently, Carolyn served as Assistant Deputy Minister at the BC Public Service Agency, Client Services.
