Brian Williamson

1990
Brian Williamson, MBA’90, has discovered a love of pottery in retirement. “It’s cheaper than therapy and makes for great Christmas or birthday presents!” he writes. “I have no artistic talent, but thankfully with a few tricks you can make something that isn’t half bad.” One of his favourite techniques involves rolling out a piece of clay, laying it over a form, lifting it over his head and dropping it. “Dropping stuff is right in my wheelhouse...If you are looking for something to do in your spare time, give pottery a whirl.”
