Blair Cooper

Blair Cooper (MBA) has been appointed President and CEO of Tradex Management Inc. of Ottawa after becoming a CFA charter holder. In 2010 Tradex is celebrating its 50th anniversary as one of Canada’s oldest no-load mutual funds.
