Kenneth Smee, MBA’71, died on May 10 after battling cancer. Ken spent the early part of his career in the Canadian Armed Forces. He was also on the faculty at RMC. After leaving the service, Ken earned his MBA. He spent several years at Alcan, then joined the Royal Bank of Canada. In retirement, Ken was a member of the RMC Club and chaired an advisory body at Smith and the Conservation Foundation of Greater Toronto. He enjoyed travelling the world with his wife, Willie. He is survived by three children, including John Smee, BSc(Eng)’93, MSc’95; and eight grandchildren, including Madeleine Smee, Artsci’21, Charlotte Smee, BSc(Eng)’23, and Lindsey Smee, Artsci’24.
