Allison has spent the last 13 years with Oxford Properties Group and is currently CFO and global head of portfolio management. She was recognized for her commitment to finding the best workflow and tools for her team, including implementing the automation of key processes, introducing a cloud-based investment pipeline management tool and enhancing the company’s management reporting.
