Peru had always been high on my bucket list and so I took the opportunity to visit Peru and Ecuador over a month in the summer. Highlights of the trip included watching the sun rise over Machu Picchu after a five-day hike through the Andes and snorkeling in the protected waters off the Galapagos Islands.”
