QSB professor Tina M. Dacin was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative Foundation (GRLI) at its General Assembly in June. GRLI’s mission is to “develop a next generation of responsible leaders” through collective and individual actions.

Queen’s School of Business Centre for Responsible Leadership released a report highlighting the School’s activities in support of the UN’s Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME). The School is one of the first 100 business schools to sign these Principles and in doing so, pledged to share information on its progress in this field.

First-year commerce student Annie Wang has been selected as an ambassador for the Junior Team Canada trade mission to China. Joining Annie are Karicia Quiroz, a Queen’s third-year economics student and Queen’s Faculty of Law ’09 graduate Joanna Si.
