Queen’s School of Business has added ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, as its newest international partner in offering a double degree option as part of its Master of Global Management Program.

ESADE is the leading business school for MBA and Executive Education in Spain.

The two-year program enables students to earn a Master of Global Management degree from Queen’s and an MSc in Finance or Marketing from ESADE. Optional international study modules are offered at top universities in Asia, North America, South America and Europe through both school’s international networks. Queen’s students are eligible to pursue European internships while their ESADE counterparts are able to take advantage of the Canadian Post-Graduate Work Permit Program.

QSB’s Dean David Saunders, Dean Alfons Sauquet and Director General Eugènia Bieto of ESADE signed the agreement while in Lyon, France, for a meeting of the European Foundation for Management Development in late January.

Students who participate in any of the MGM double degree options gain a keen understanding of international culture and business practices by completing their second degree abroad. Other double degree partners include HEC International Business School (France), Mannheim University (Germany), SDA Bocconi School of Management (Italy), Maastricht University – Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Netherlands), and Copenhagen Business School (Denmark).
