After thoroughly researching various MBA schools around the world, I chose to pursue my Queen’s MBA at Smith School of Business because of its diverse culture, world-class team-based learning methodology, and a personalized coaching experience. Queen’s team-based study environment resembles the real-world work environment, and I have learned and gained a lot from it.  I also gather a lot of knowledge and insight from my excellent teammates who come from diverse cultures and industries.

Queen’s MBA offers four types of coaching – Team Coaching, Career Coaching, Executive Coaching and Lifestyle Coaching, which is unique and helps us to explore our full potential.

Born in Beijing, China, I completed my undergraduate studies at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). During this time, I underwent an exchange program to another Canadian school in 2007. With more than 5 years of experience with a focus on Software Quality Assurance Testing in Canada, I owned two International Software Designations in IT industry. I am looking to transition into the finance industry at the conclusion of the Queen’s MBA program.
