At this stage of my life, I was looking to pursue a MBA because I wanted to achieve a significant boost to my career in the Strategy and Finance fields. By studying at this elite program in Canada, I continue to build my global perspective, while experiencing a multicultural environment that provides constant learning and challenges.

I came to Queen’s to pursue my MBA because of the excellent reputation of the program and the team-based learning structure which I consider to be reflective of the real world. The fact that it is a one-year program was also important in making my final decision, because I did not want to spend a lot of time outside of the business world. The strong coaching programs ensure comprehensive personal development of the person. The Fit-to-Lead program is unique and considers that one should be self-aware and in good physical and mental condition to achieve their full potential professionally. The coaching programs inspire and help me to continue creating my personal canvas by teaching me to better understand myself and my goals. Lastly, the program’s perspective on women in leadership and the importance that the faculty and administration place on enabling women to grow as professionals and to ascend to the senior ranks of management was essential.
