I applied for this role because I genuinely care about bringing people together. Our class is filled with driven, curious, wildly accomplished people, and I still catch myself thinking how lucky we are to be surrounded by this level of talent and ambition. I did not want those connections to happen by accident. I wanted to help create the conditions for them.
As President, my role is to serve as an ambassador for the Full-time MBA program and to lead and support the Student Executive Council (SEC) team. I oversee our portfolios across marketing, finance, external relations, student affairs and wellness, making sure we are aligned, communicating clearly and executing well. I believe leadership is both relational and operational. I listen, I follow through and I keep my word. My job is to set direction while also removing friction so my team can do their best work.
Representation also matters to me. As a woman leading a predominantly female cohort, I feel a responsibility to lead confidently, collaboratively and with integrity.
This year, my focus is simple: strengthen the fabric of our class. My vision centers on the Three Cs: Community, Clubs and Communication. When people feel connected, supported and informed, they show up fully. If we do this well, we will not just finish the year; we will elevate it.
