Kambrie Luciani

As Director of Health & Wellness, my goal is to help create an environment where students feel supported, connected and equipped to navigate the demands of the MBA. The program is fast-paced and high-performing, and I am passionate about introducing practical tools and initiatives that help students manage stress, build resilience and maintain their overall well-being. I hope to create initiatives that provide real, lasting value; tools and habits students can carry forward into their future careers.

Before starting my MBA, I worked as a paramedic in emergency services, where I experienced firsthand the realities of high-pressure work. I learned that performance is not just about skill or knowledge, but about the ability to manage stress, stay grounded and adapt in challenging situations. Those experiences shaped my leadership perspective and reinforced the importance of supporting both personal well-being and professional growth.

Work–life balance is essential for long-term career stability, yet it is often overlooked in high-achieving environments. Without sustainable habits, even the most driven individuals can experience burnout over time. I believe that developing balance early through intentional habits, boundaries and support systems allows people to perform at a higher level and sustain their success over the long term.

Through this role, I hope to help foster a culture where well-being is viewed as a foundation for leadership, and where students feel empowered with the tools and support needed to thrive both during the MBA and throughout their careers.
