Stephanie McCorkle

As the Director of Health & Wellness for the FTMBA Class of 2025, my goal is to provide support for my classmate's health and wellbeing. Health and wellness isn't just about being active and fueling your body properly, it incorporates so many more factors. A full-time MBA program is a demanding program, and it is easy to get buried in deadlines and lose sight of yourself. There is a strong need to maintain a balance between schoolwork and taking care of yourself. I believe that if you cannot take care of yourself inside and out, you cannot show up for others at your full capacity.

A career in natural health products and an educational background in food science has taught me the importance of leading a healthy, active lifestyle that involves intentional movement, proper nutrition, mental health awareness, and sleep management practices. Drawing from my own personal and professional experiences, I am hoping to motivate and inspire this year's MBA class by engaging and providing resources and organizing events with the SEC to promote overall health and wellbeing.

I am fortunate to be a part of the SEC with such an amazing group of people who all have the same goal of working together to create an incredible year for the Class of 2025. I hope this year I am able to use my passion for health and wellness to increase awareness of the factors that contribute a healthy lifestyle and provide my fellow classmates with tools to support them beyond the classroom to maintain their personal health and wellness.
