I came to the Full-time MBA at Smith School of Business because ...

of the people and the sense of community I experienced throughout the process. Every interaction with the staff, students and alumni reflected humility, teamwork and genuine support. It felt like a place where driven people challenge one another while also lifting each other up, an environment where everyone grows collectively. That culture is reinforced by the program’s immersive, team-based learning. At Smith, leadership is not just discussed in theory; it is practiced every day through collaboration, feedback and real-world problem-solving.

As I work through a major career transition into the business and consulting world, I was looking for a program that would help me translate my leadership experience into strong business judgment, structured problem-solving and strategic thinking. The small cohort and a hands-on approach help create a learning environment that feels engaging and deeply connected to the real world. The program is designed to bridge the gap between understanding what leadership is and real-world execution as a leader.

For me, Smith is where my leadership continues to grow, supported by business skills, perspective and a network needed to create a meaningful impact.
