I came to the Full-time MBA at Smith School of Business because ...

of its unique offering of a team-based style program that blends academics with experiential learning. Smith was also one of the very few schools that openly advocated for more women in leadership positions, which really stood out and resonated with me.

If I could go back and give myself advice one year ago, I would tell myself not to second-guess the decision. Smith is a close-knit community, and everyone here is very welcoming. The learning and growth opportunities are beyond imagination. The people at Smith really care about every student’s success and try to make the MBA journey as smooth as possible – right from the start!

My advice would be to get in touch with an application advisor as soon as possible. The staff team does a tremendous job of simplifying the application process, answering all questions and getting you in touch with the alumni and current students. Also, stay authentic! Smith really values the diverse experience each candidate brings to the table, so don’t be afraid to be you.

I want to come out of the MBA experience as a well-rounded leader who makes an impact on the world, pursuing a career in consulting.
